What is Youth MOVE Social Support?
Youth MOVE Social Support is a peer-led group for neurodivergent high school age teens. Our mission is to help teens gain self-acceptance, self-discovery, and self-advocacy tools that will help them navigate adulthood. Our goals include building community, friendship connections, and trust. While neurodivergent teens are the main focus, the group is also open to others who would benefit from learning and participating. In this group, we will be discussing topics such as emotional regulation, forming and keeping healthy relationships, and navigating life transitions, and participating in activities such as group discussions and games.

Youth MOVE Discord
Youth MOVE Discord (YM Discord) is a statewide virtual program for high schoolers throughout Idaho to provide peer emotional support to one another and practice mental health advocacy. YM Discord is meant for high schoolers who live in rural areas, teens who prefer connecting virtually, or can’t attend our in person Youth MOVE groups for other reasons. Participants communicate throughout the week via the various chat channels on the serve and meet via voice channel once a week to discuss mental health topics, do check-ins, and play games.

Boise Brick House704 N 7th Street Boise, Idaho 83702Youth MOVE Downtown (YM Downtown) is an in-person group for high schoolers in the Treasure Valley area to practice mental health advocacy and provide peer emotional support to one another. Together we access mental wellness resources, play games to build community, and participate in activities that destigmatize mental health challenges.
